Cancellations / Rescheduling

When booking an appointment, my scheduling system will send you an email or text immediately with the date, time & services you booked for. It will also notify you 48 hours before to confirm your appointment.

By booking an appointment you agree to the following terms:

  • giving at least 48 hours notice when needing to reschedule or cancel

  • if you cannot make your appointment & give less than a 48 hour notice, you will be charged a $25 fee for haircuts or a $50 fee for color appointments. if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice or no show, you will be charged 50% of your total service fee.

  • all new color clients will be required to put down a $50 non refundable retainer to secure your appointment. this will be applied to your total service charge

  • if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to cancel or cut down requested services due to time constraints

  • if you no show we will be unable to book you again

  • if you reschedule or cancel frequently, you will be charged a retainer to book any future appointments. amount will vary based on requested services

  • if you need to reschedule last minute, please be patient with rebooking. we are most likely booked out a few weeks & try our best to accommodate everyone.

  • no one other than the person being serviced should be present during the appointment. in order to provide the best service possible, along with limited space & other stylists working, we can not accommodate children or visitors.

  • REFUND POLICY

    Wicked Hair & Beauty does not issue refunds on salon services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients & if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the salon within 7 days so we may address these concerns in a timely fashion. At that time, we will reschedule you with the stylist that performed your service initially & make any changes or adjustments indicated. We will gladly make any adjustments at no cost to you within 2 weeks of the original service.
